1. Ordering & Lead Time
Minimum Lead Time: All orders require a minimum of 2 days' advance notice before your intended collection or delivery date.
Order Confirmation: Your order is only secured once full payment has been received and verified.
2. Fulfillment Options (Penang Only)
🚗 Delivery
Delivery is available exclusively within Penang.
Delivery Times Slots:
Morning : 10am - 12noon
Afternoon : 3pm - 6pm
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the cake. Because our cakes require refrigeration, drivers cannot leave them unattended at doorways or guardhouses without prior consent.
📍 Self Pick-Up
Pick-ups are strictly handled at our designated meeting points. Please select your preferred location at checkout:

⚠️ Pick-Up Grace Period: We understand traffic happens! However, because we operate at public pick-up points, we can only hold your spot for 15 minutes past your scheduled time. If you are running late, please contact us immediately to reschedule.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
Changes to Order: If you need to change your pick-up date, time, or location, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Refund Policy: Because our baked goods are made fresh to order, no refunds or cancellations are accepted once payment is processed and production has begun.
4. Cake Care & Storage
Our cakes contain fresh dairy and no preservatives.
Storage: Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Consume within 3 to 4 days for the best taste and texture.
Transporting: If picking up, please place the cake box on a flat surface in your car (the passenger floorboard with full A/C blasting is highly recommended, never on a tilted car seat!). We are not responsible for damages that occur once the cake has left our hands.
