1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Processing Window: Grinder orders are inspected, securely packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, a tracking link will be automatically sent to your email.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Secure Packaging: All grinders are shipped in heavy-duty, shock-absorbent packaging to protect the internal burrs and alignment during transit.
Estimated Delivery:
Standard Domestic: 3–5 business days.
International: 7–14 business days (dependent on customs clearance).
Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties or customs fees incurred at the border.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
To maintain fast dispatch times, orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement.
Once an order status updates to "Fulfilled" or a tracking number has been generated, we cannot make any changes or halt the shipment.
4. Inspection Upon Arrival (Damaged Goods)
Please inspect your grinder immediately upon delivery.
If the package shows signs of severe transit damage, or if the grinder components are compromised, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt.
Note: You must provide clear photos or a short unboxing video of the damaged packaging and product to qualify for an immediate, priority replacement.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Change of Mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the grinder must be completely unused, never filled with coffee beans, and in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact. Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer.
Used Items: For hygiene and food safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any grinder that has come into contact with coffee beans or has been used to grind coffee.
6. Warranty & Technical Support
All our premium grinders come with a 1-month limited manufacturer’s warranty
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (such as natural burr dulling over time), damage from accidental drops, water damage, or unauthorized disassembly.
